OSOS Module
The OSOS module is used to integrate meter data from electricity distribution companies into the system.
Thanks to the OSOS (Automatic Meter Reading System) integration, meter data from distribution companies can be automatically transferred to the platform.
With this module;
- Connection to EDAŞ systems can be established
- Meter lists can be retrieved
- Meters can be associated with plants
- Meter consumption data can be analyzed
- Electricity contracts can be managed
The OSOS module consists of the following sub-sections:
OSOS
├── Integration
└── Meters
1. OSOS Integration
The OSOS integration screen is used to establish connections to the OSOS systems of electricity distribution companies.
On this screen, each integration represents a connection account.
The following information is displayed for each integration:
- Main company
- Username
- Distribution region (EDAŞ)
- Last connection time
- Connection status
The system allows creating multiple OSOS integrations for different distribution companies. Example EDAŞ regions:
- GEDİZ EDAŞ
- OEDAŞ
- AKDENİZ EDAŞ
When the connection is successful, the system can retrieve meter information from the distribution company.
2. Meters
The Meters section is the screen where meters retrieved from the OSOS system are listed and managed.
From this screen:
- Meters received from the OSOS system are displayed
- Meters are integrated into the system
- Meter details are viewed
- Meter contracts are managed
The meter list contains the following information:
- Status
- Meter name
- Subscriber number
- ETSO number
- Serial number
- Title
- Address
- Type
3. Meter Integration
Meters retrieved from the OSOS system are not initially connected to the platform.
To include a meter in the system, the Integrate button is used. During this process, the meter is associated with a plant within the platform.
After the meter integration is completed:
- The meter becomes active
- Meter data can be transferred to the platform
- Energy consumption can be analyzed
4. Meter Statuses
Meters can have different statuses:
- Not Integrated: The meter has been retrieved from the OSOS system but has not yet been associated with the platform.
- Contract Required: The meter has been added to the system but no energy contract has been defined.
- Active: The meter is active and energy data can be used on the platform.
5. Meter Details
When a meter is selected, the meter detail screen opens. In this section, information about the meter is displayed.
The following information is included in the meter details:
- Meter name
- Associated plant
- Meter task type (production / consumption)
- Tariff group
- Capacitive limit
- Inductive limit
- Multiplier
- Installed power
- Contract power
6. Meter Contracts
An electricity contract can be defined for each meter. Contracts are used in energy cost calculations.
When creating a contract, the following information is defined:
- Start date
- End date
- Tariff group
- ETV rate
- VAT rate
- Energy calculation factor
- Contract coefficient
With this information, the system can calculate electricity costs accurately.
OSOS Setup Order
For the OSOS module to function correctly, the following steps should be followed:
- Create OSOS integration
- Fetch the meter list
- Integrate meters into the system
- Edit meter details
- Define meter contract
- The meter becomes active
After completing these steps, energy data coming from OSOS can be used on the platform.
