Solarmetrica...

1. Overview

The Plants module is the main management screen where all solar power plants registered in the SolarMetrica platform are centrally listed and managed. This module allows users to view the plants defined in the platform, examine performance data, and access plant-based detailed information.

The Plants screen presents all energy production facilities within the platform in a single table structure. Through this table, users can analyze plant performance, review production data, and track alarm conditions occurring in the system.

This module is a critical management tool especially for energy companies managing a large number of plants. Users can control their plant portfolios from a single screen and make a quick overall assessment of the operational status.

2. Plants List Interface

The Plants module can be accessed via the Plants tab located in the left navigation menu of the platform.

This screen is designed as a data table listing all plants. Thanks to the table structure, users can view and compare information of multiple plants at the same time.

The Plants table consists of the following main components:

  • Search field
  • Plant data table
  • Plant action menu
  • Plant detail screen

This structure allows users to navigate quickly between plants.

3. Plant Data Table

The main component of the Plants module is the Plant Data Table. This table contains the basic performance and identity information of all plants registered in the platform.

The main data fields displayed in the table are:

  • ID: Indicates the plant identity defined in the system.
  • Company: Represents the company or operator to which the plant belongs.
  • Site: Indicates the site or project area where the plant is located.
  • Plant: The name of the plant within the system.
  • Installed Power (kWp): Represents the total installed capacity of the plant.
  • Irradiance (Wh/m²): Shows the solar irradiance measurement data at the plant site.
  • Daily Production (kWh): Shows the total energy produced by the plant during the day.
  • Monthly Production (kWh): Shows the total energy production of the plant within the current month.
  • PR (%): Represents the performance ratio. This value shows the actual production performance relative to the theoretical production capacity of the plant.
  • Last Data: Indicates the time of the most recent data received by the system.
  • Alarms: Shows the number of active alarms related to the plant.
  • Action: A menu containing operations that can be performed on the plant.

4. Plant Search Function

The search field on the Plants screen allows users to quickly search among plants.

Users can perform searches based on the following criteria:

  • Plant name
  • Company name
  • Site name
  • Plant ID

This feature enables users to quickly access the desired plant, especially in systems with a large number of plants.

5. Plant Performance Monitoring

The Plants module not only displays the plant list but also enables quick evaluation of plant performance.

Users can directly examine the following performance metrics from the table:

  • Daily production
  • Monthly production
  • Performance ratio (PR)
  • Irradiance data

This data helps users analyze plant performance and quickly detect production drops.

6. Alarm Monitoring

The Plants module also includes an alarm monitoring function.

The Alarm column displayed in the table for each plant shows the number of active alarms for that plant.

This allows users to quickly identify which plants have issues or system warnings.

If the alarm count is greater than zero, it indicates that there is a warning or fault condition within the plant.

Users can navigate to the relevant plant detail screen to review alarm details.

7. Plant Actions

The Action menu located on the far right of the Plants table allows users to perform operations on the plant.

This menu may include the following actions:

  • View plant details
  • Access plant performance analysis
  • Review plant alarm records
  • Access plant data screens

Users can access the detailed analysis screen for the relevant plant by using the Detail option.

8. Data Update and Monitoring

The data displayed in the Plants module is updated with real-time data received from field data collection devices and inverter systems.

With this structure, users can analyze plant performance based on up-to-date data.

The Last Data field in the system is an important indicator to check whether the data flow is active.

If there is a timestamp in this field that has not been updated for a long time, there may be a problem in data communication.

9. Operational Benefits

The Plants module provides the user with the following advantages:

  • Viewing all plants on a single screen
  • Comparing plant performance
  • Quickly detecting alarm conditions
  • Fast access to plant detail screens
  • Plant portfolio management

These features increase operational efficiency, especially for companies managing energy portfolios.

10. Summary

The SolarMetrica Plants module is the main control screen where all solar power plants registered in the platform are centrally managed.

Thanks to the table-based structure, users can quickly analyze plant performance, review production data, and track alarm conditions occurring in the system.

This module is one of the core components that enables effective management of energy production portfolios.
